Jordan Alan Lawrence
With a back ground in server hardware diagnostics and hands-on Apple MAC configuration and sales experience, Jordan joined the OptivITy family to further his training as technical support engineer. A well-rounded customer service focus and enthusiasm to learn, makes him a pleasure to work with as testified by both customers and team members alike. Outside of work, Jordan loves cooking exotic dishes to impress, and produces some of his own music.
