As part of completing his Computer Science Degree, Harkesh joined our company only a few years after it came to be, making him our longest standing technical engineer. Needless to say, all our clients are quite familiar with him and can vouch for his technical capabilities, ranging from PC to server support over many different platforms. With effective communication skills and vast amounts of technical know-how, Harkesh has been fulfilling a Senior Engineer’s role for the last few years, training our junior engineers and overseeing complex roll-outs whilst manning 3rd line support. As Head of Technical, Harkesh oversees and manages all things Technical, ensuring that our excellent customer service standards are delivered, always.
